Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install aws-well-architected-guardrails

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent decides what to enforce, picks preventive or detective for each control, then produces the control files. Each control is tied to the Well-Architected question or best practice it enforces, and you get a plan ready to commit.
