Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install azure-neural-text-to-speech

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent calls the Azure text-to-speech REST API to turn your text into audio, choosing the voice and style. It can adjust prosody with SSML. You get a narration audio file and the cost parameters to be aware of.
