Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install behavior-change-notices

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks whether the change needs a notice, and if so, narrows it to affected users with a tested predicate. It builds the notice on the repository pattern: an exported function, a feature flag, a component that returns nothing by default and a removal date. You get a notice that appears only where it is useful and goes away on schedule.
