Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install better-auth-nextjs-scaffold

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

From templates, the agent generates the Better Auth configuration of a Next.js project using Drizzle: auth.ts, the client, the /api/auth route, middleware, environment variables and permissions. It offers three plugin presets: minimal, social and advanced. You get an auth base that follows the template conventions.
