Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install bim-cost-estimation-pipeline

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent extracts quantities from a BIM model, classifies elements into work items with AI, searches the matching prices in the CWICR database by vector search and produces an estimate. You get a cost estimate built from the model.
