Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install bitbucket-cloud-api-pulls

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the Bitbucket Cloud MCP tools first when they are available, otherwise the REST API 2.0 with the BITBUCKET_TOKEN token. It identifies repositories by workspace and slug, and can open a pull request. You get the requested Bitbucket Cloud operations.
