In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install blog-readability-auditWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent reads the whole post then checks ten categories: structure, paragraphs, opening, sentence length, passive voice, difficult words, filler, transitions, variation and subheadings. For each issue it quotes the passage, explains the problem and suggests a fix. You get a report with a Flesch score, per-category status and what already works in the text.

The rubric and the Flesch score are calibrated for English with an L2 reader. The structure criteria still help in other languages, but not the score or the word list.
It mentions two, metadata-check for short strings and content-seo for ranking, but works on its own.
