Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install bluefield-3-day-one-install

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent pushes the BFB from the host with bfb-install, checks the TMFIFO management channel and the card mode through mlxconfig, then classifies the DPU state. An exit code of 0 is not enough: the install succeeds only once the DPU responds.
