Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install bootstrap-planning-from-docs

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent classifies each document in parallel, builds a shared synthesis and flags contradictions. Without .planning/, it creates the project; otherwise it adds phases and requirements and blocks any contradiction with decisions already locked. You get a planning consistent with your documents.
