Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install box-file-management-cli

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses Box's official CLI to search, download, upload, update and share files, with controlled reads and verified receipts. Local changes go through a review queue and are never uploaded automatically. You get verified operations on your Box content.
