Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install branch-shipping-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs the whole flow: pre-flight checks, base merge, tests, coverage check, diff review, version and CHANGELOG update, commits, push and PR. It stops only on a test failure, an unresolvable conflict or a decision that needs judgment.
