In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install brd-prd-requirements-authoring

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent guides the BRD and PRD through phases: discovery, definition and governance, with canonical templates, ISO 29148 quality criteria and the Connextra story format. You get a structured requirements document and checked handoffs.
