Install with the CLI

npx --yes palatekit@latest install budget-variance-analysis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent compares actual costs to budget, identifies overruns, forecasts the final cost of the project and generates a variance report. You get an overview of overruns and their likely effect on the final cost.
