Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install build-emdash-astro-site

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent configures the project, designs the schema and seed file, writes pages with content queries and Portable Text rendering, then wires up menus and taxonomies. You get an Astro site that reads its content from EmDash, ready to check locally.
