Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install bytecode-interpreter-design

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent helps choose the dispatch loop, switch, computed goto or threaded code, structure a stack-based or register-based VM and weigh performance trade-offs. It also shows the basics of a simple JIT built with mmap and mprotect.
