In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install calendar-meeting-prep-standups

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads a calendar export (ICS file, JSON feed or pasted events) and produces meeting briefings with participant context, standup notes from yesterday's activity and recurring workflow scripts. You get documents to read before each meeting.
