Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install capgo-to-capawesome-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent detects Capgo usage, replaces the plugin with @capawesome/capacitor-live-update, updates the configuration and API calls, then migrates channels, update strategy, code signing and CI/CD. It removes the old pieces only once the new ones are in place. You get a migrated project.
