Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install cash-runway-calculator

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent calculates your average monthly spending (gross burn) and your net burn after revenue, then works out runway in months under three scenarios: current, lean and growth. It starts from your current cash balance. You get a runway projection to present to partners.
