Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install change-impact-analysis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the code in read-only mode, traces call paths, data schemas, API contracts and relevant tests. It marks unknowns as unverified, then compares the plan with the actual diff afterwards. You get a scope map and a rollback plan.
