Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ci-failure-repair-sweep

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent fixes the base first, then handles each affected PR with evidence on the exact candidate. It doesn't merge, close PRs or weaken tests. You get a PR queue back to green and a report of the fixes.
