Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install classify-failing-ci-check

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent records the exact command, SHA and exit code, then runs a clean control in a fresh worktree. It classifies the failure by its signature. You get a diagnosis that separates a pre-existing failure from one your change introduced.
