Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install claude-code-config-health-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The command runs an audit by category: it counts skills, checks their frontmatter and name consistency, verifies agents and their references, then hooks. You get an error report and, with the --fix option, automatic fixes for simple cases.
