Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install claude-code-hooks-diagnosis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks that the hook scripts exist and that the settings files enable them. It can run a quick smoke test, then proposes a ready-to-paste fix. It writes nothing without confirmation. You get the diagnosis and, if needed, the configuration block to apply.
