Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install cli-library-publish-pr

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks the shape of the request, the scope and the local binary, then prepares and opens a pull request on the public library. It can also open a blocked-API journal pull request with its dedicated option. It acts only on a direct request from the user.
