In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install client-profitability-analysis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent groups revenue by client, attaches direct expenses and a share of overhead to each one, then ranks accounts from most to least profitable. It highlights clients who are costly to serve. You get a profitability view for each client.
