In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install client-request-scoping

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent analyzes each request, estimates time and cost against your rate card, ranks priorities and checks whether an off-the-shelf solution exists. It also prepares discovery questions for the call. You get a summary table and a structured proposal.
