Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install cloud-outage-recovery-runbook

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets up health probes independent of Oracle's status page, classifies severity, then applies recovery actions: reset, reboot, or stop then start. It plans failover across availability domains and regions. You get a runbook you can execute without waiting for support.
