Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install cluster-github-issues-into-plans

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent groups issues that share one architectural defect, creates a plan-master issue for each cluster and redirects child issues with a standard comment. It also routes new bugs to the right plan and prepares PRs that close each cluster at once. You get a backlog where each open issue matches a plan.
