First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent first inspects the project read-only, then clears blockers: incompatible plugins, packages without Package.swift, debug settings. It runs the Capacitor migration assistant or scaffolds a fresh project, depending on the project state. CocoaPods Trunk is expected to go read-only on December 2, 2026. You get an iOS app that builds without CocoaPods.
