Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install cocoapods-to-spm-migration-2

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks the project state, inventories the plugins, backs up custom files (Info.plist, AppDelegate, signing), then deletes and rebuilds the ios folder with SPM before restoring the files. The migration is destructive. You get an iOS app on SPM with your settings kept.
