Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install code-change-tracking-records

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent keeps one JSON record per change, applies a state machine (planned, in progress, implemented, tested, deployed or blocked), then produces a readable HTML version. You get a history that a new session can pick up without loss.
