Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install code-graph-clustering

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent makes sure ruvector 0.3.3 is installed, runs clustering over the code graph (graph-cluster command, spectral or Louvain), then helps interpret the groups and isolated items. It flags the limits of the version used.
