Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install code-health-scoring-mcp

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent queries the CodeScene MCP server to score files from 1 to 10 before and after a change, then compares the differences. It can block a commit or PR if the score drops. The server is not enabled by default and must be added to your configuration.
