Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install codebase-health-refactoring

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first measures the health score, then tackles duplicates, dead code and the most complex files in turn, with a strategy for each category. It ends by measuring the score again. You get a prioritized cleanup plan and a measured improvement.
