Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install codebase-security-scan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs three phases: a dependency audit with npm audit, a search for hard-coded secrets and a search for risky code patterns. Depth only sets how many folder levels the secret and code phases descend. Output is JSON or Markdown.
