Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install codex-companion-task-runner

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This skill is used only by the codex:codex-rescue subagent. It requires calling the task command once and returning its output unchanged, with no other Git or Codex command. It is internal to the plugin and not meant for direct use.
