Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install codex-thread-management

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

For a non-OpenAI model in the Codex app, the agent uses the codex_app tools to open a thread, read its messages, send a message or wait for it. You get the requested actions, with the required fields set.
