Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install collective-agent-coordination

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent coordinates the swarm in one of three modes: hierarchical, mesh or adaptive. It synchronises collective memory before each decision, looks for consensus among agents, spreads the load and integrates the knowledge produced. The source text is an agent prompt, with no install command.
