Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install commit-message-rewrite-2With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginAfter a commit, the agent rewrites its message so it states the essentials, leaving the file tree untouched. You get a history that reads on its own. The skill runs when you ask for it, once the commit is made.
