In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install community-champion-programWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent defines the selection criteria (health, expertise, influence), the activation path and a menu of contributions (speaking, content, mentoring, beta testing). A separate reference file holds the tier grid. You get a complete champion program.
