Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install company-context-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The /cs-onboard setup command runs the full interview across seven dimensions, in about 45 minutes. The /cs-onboard update command refreshes it in about 15 minutes, after a change such as a fundraise.
