Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install compare-two-codebases-functions

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent picks the folders, generates the model, reads the overview, checks matched function pairs and functions without a counterpart, then writes the report. It also notes the options that change the result and their limits. You get a clear mapping between two implementations.
