Install with the CLI
In a terminal, from the folder you want:

First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe analyze subcommand reads a JSON file with your product, each competitor's scores per dimension such as ux, pricing and features, and the list of dimensions. It computes a weighted score matrix, a gap analysis and positioning insights. Custom weights can be passed, for example pricing=2,ux=1.5, and output can be saved as JSON with --output.
