Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install concierge-help-portal-deploy

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks the existing service agent, creates or reuses the LWR site, configures the Concierge components, branding and guest access, then publishes the site. It can also serve as the channel step of a help agent setup. You get a published portal and a deployment report.
