Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install configure-and-diagnose-agentmemory

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks the server connection, then reviews the configuration read from the environment and from the .env file. It explains defaults and disabled features, and says what to restart. You get a working agentmemory with a configuration you understand.
