Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install configure-product-discovery-layer

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent asks for one yes per product role, then adds a discovery block to the config file. It fills SDLC.md between markers, creates the research directory and adds a routing row in AGENTS.md. The layer is switched on by the discovery.enabled key.
