Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install context-window-usage-check

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

By default the agent reads no files: it gives the native Claude Code or Codex command that shows your remaining context, with a short explanation. On explicit request, it runs an estimated static audit of the installation. You get a quick answer without unnecessary scanning.
