Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install contract-clause-risk-scoring

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent scores each material clause from 1 to 10 across ten risk categories. It hunts specifically for poison-pill clauses that look harmless but weigh heavily, then estimates financial exposure. It is not legal advice.
