Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install contribute-skill-upstream

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks that the skill is general and well tested, creates a dedicated branch, edits the skill in the right folder, commits, pushes, then opens a pull request with gh. A skill specific to a project or organisation stays local.
