Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install conventional-commit-message-3

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent turns the staged diff summary into one message: type, scope, imperative subject and bullets for notable changes. The scope matches the main directory changed. Breaking changes get the ! marker and a BREAKING CHANGE line. You get a message in the team's format, with no text around it.
